The key questions, answered first.
Grouped by German companies, applicants and partner organisations. Course arrangements, follow-up support and fees depend on the services actually confirmed.
FAQ for companies
Why am I receiving an application supported by Enrich?
Because the candidate clearly wants to apply for a position at your company.
Before it is submitted, we help the candidate organise the documents, understand the position and prepare the basics, but every application has to be confirmed by the candidate personally.
Your company can decide directly, by its own standards, whether a further conversation is worthwhile.
Is the candidate really involved in the application?
Yes.
Candidates take part in choosing the occupation and the position themselves, confirm their application documents and attend company interviews in person.
Companies can contact the candidate directly; if questions of timing, language or process come up, Enrich can help coordinate.
How can I judge a candidate's real level of German?
We look at certificate level and actual spoken German separately.
If needed, speaking practice and mock interviews with German HR professionals can be arranged, and with the candidate's consent we share feedback that already exists.
The final judgement on language skills and fit for the position is still made by the company in its own formal interview.
How can we reduce cases where a candidate only finds out after signing that it is “not a fit”?
Many issues can be discussed in advance.
Before applying, we talk with the candidate about:
what the job actually involves, the training schedule, the place of work, pay, living costs and personal expectations.
The aim is not to decide for the candidate, but to spot obvious mismatches early and talk about them early.
Who signs the Ausbildung training contract?
The company and the applicant sign it directly with each other.
Enrich can help with communication and preparation, but does not decide for either side whether to hire or to accept a position.
Does a company have to pay to receive a candidate's application?
Companies receive the applications we help submit as usual and do not pay Enrich anything for them.
If a company wants us to carry out targeted recruiting, special screening or a long-term partnership, the scope and fees are agreed separately according to its needs.
Who do I contact to learn more about a candidate?
Email us directly and state the position and the candidate's name.
If additional documents or personal information of the candidate are involved, we first confirm with the candidate before providing or coordinating anything.
FAQ for applicants
My German is not yet at B2. Can I still ask?
Yes.
Just tell us your current German level, the occupation you want to apply for and your planned timeline.
Actual language requirements differ between positions, companies and occupations; we first discuss your situation and how to prepare next.
How much do you charge?
The public basic content is free to read.
If you need a one-to-one assessment, an application plan or hands-on support, before we start we explain:
what the service includes, how it is delivered, the fees and any other costs that may arise
clearly.
We only begin once you have confirmed – we don't want applicants to find out what they bought only after paying.
Can you guarantee an Ausbildung contract or a visa?
No.
The company decides whether to interview and hire; visas and other approvals are decided by the competent authorities.
What we are responsible for:
doing the preparation and communication within the agreed scope as well as we can, rather than promising an outcome that is not ours to decide.
How do I know where my application stands?
During the application we keep you updated at the agreed milestones on
what has been done, what is still missing, what we are waiting for and what comes next.
If documents or the original plan need to change, we also explain what changes and when.
Are all positions in the job database suitable for applicants from China?
Not necessarily.
A position being advertised publicly does not mean it accepts applicants from abroad.
That is why the database shows, as far as possible, the source of each position, when it was last updated and the requirements that have been confirmed.
Conditions that cannot be confirmed yet are marked “to be confirmed”.
How do I choose a German language school? Is the language course included in the service fee?
On the website you can learn about the language schools listed so far, their locations, courses and actual learning environment.
As for
whether a course is part of a particular service, who charges the fees, and what the exact price and timetable are,
all of this is explained separately before you enrol or confirm a service.
FAQ for partner organisations
Our industry is not listed on the website. Can we still work together?
Of course.
The website shows our current focus areas; it does not mean we only work in these industries.
Email us about your organisation, the positions or kind of cooperation, location and timing, and we will first understand your needs and then see whether it makes sense for both sides to talk further.
Where do the network updates on the website come from?
We only show confirmed information from partner organisations and activities that actually took place.
Content is checked before it is published, with the date it happened and the date it was updated shown wherever possible.
Individual applicants' progress is never part of the public updates; it is discussed separately through the agreed channel.
